Litter to my HOA May 6 oh8

I have just been deposited a bill by Brother's Plumbing. Members will recall two years ago, and approx. two years before that and before that, our common drainage has been clogged approx. 20ft from my shower drain, the last drain on the common lines for [address 1] and likely the [address 2] address as well, and I have procured a plumber for purposes of clearing said line. This service is a community expense as it is a common element and must concomitantly be cleared immediately upon cessation due to its backing up sewage directly into my shower basin. Line has been subsequently cleared and is flowing again.

I propose to cover the expense for the near term; removing $25/month from current dues of $$./mo until the total withheld is commensurate with the total bill of $300, or 12 months. Freely forward this correspondence to any and all parties involved. Your service to our community is appreciated,

Its funny taking a look back at my life before Jason Heller immortalized my open mic performance at the Cricket on the Hill in last weeks Backbeat section “This Ain’t No Picnic” comic strip. It’s practically unrecognizable!

Being an overnight sensation has been a humbling experience for me, insofar as Rock Stars can be humble. Something of a mixture of autoerotic awe and living beatification. So I would like to take just moment to thank Mr. Heller publicly for putting my musical career into turbo diesel overdrive and recognize some of the people that have been so important to me up until now. Mom and Dad, you bought my first guitar and kind of supported me playing all those years. I owe you a lot. If things go as expected I should be able to pay you back in full in the next few  months. Chris Yonkers, you were totally a cool boss, I plan on still working at Tolin until I decide a label to sign with. Smiddy, Frank, Jesse, Marc, Ryan, Chris, Lynn, Dave, Bob, Doug, Shane, Eric, Terry, Kristen, Mike: I totally respect you guys. Maybe you’ll get famous someday too! Any of you can send email to theshiznit@nathanperry.com and count on a personalized response within 3-5 business days. Rah Real, Rachael Pollard, Doo Crowder, Ed Marshal, Uncle Phil, Wil Johner, Nicole Torres, Melissa Ivey, Lilly Hiatt: your semi-fame has guided me like sizzling bacons of hope in the morning. Thank all of you. I wouldn’t have been where I was before without you.

I don’t know how this stuff works exactly so I might not be in Denver that much longer, I just don’t know. But Hollywood or Maui or WHATEVER, I shall always fondle a place in my heart for old Cowtown USA ! [kissing comic strip: holds up] Thank You!
